Instructions:
 See Photo. Wash (Wash 90% water & 10% paint) of Admiral Blue on top of door hanger. Let dry, then do a wash with Snow White stripes. Let dry, then do a wash of True Red stripes. Don't worry if they overlap. Lettering is Admiral Blue. Stars are Snow White. Glue stars to blue area.
