As Follows: 1.Glue Craft Stick to back

3.Cut 2-1/2"x3" Black felt oval for the hat brim. Cut a 3"x3"x4" triangle
fold Black felt for hat crown. Bring 3" ends together to make a cone, glue
edges together. Trim off bottom to make even. Glue hat to head.

fangs with Black Fine tip marker. Hearts:
Paint Skintone and shade edges with Ray Sienna. Craft Stick:
Paint Licorice. Assemble Dracula
As Follows: 1.Glue Craft Stick to back
of the head. 2.Gather the long
edge of a 2"x 5-1/2" piece of Black felt with a needle and thread. Glue
the strip around craft stick, just under the head.
