Instructions:
Candle: Base the rectangle and block the desired color of candle, True Red or Admiral Blue. True Red candle is shaded with Plum Black and highlighted with Snow White. (Shade the block with Black Plum) Base tear drop Cadmium Yellow, shaded with Pumpkin and highlighted with Snow White.
Bows: Yellow bow: base Cadmium Yellow, shaded with Antique Gold and highlighted with Snow White. Base Scalloped heart Snow White, striped are True Red. Star background is Admiral Blue with Snow White dip dots. Glue heart to center of bow. Red Bow w/ stripes: Base bow True Red, stripes are Snow White. Shade with Black Plum and highlight with Snow White. 1" Star is Admiral Blue. 5/8" Star is Snow White. Glue blue star to center of bow and white to center of blue. Red, White & Blue Bow: Base hang down streamers Snow White. Center and stripes are True Red. Highlight center with Snow white. Sides of bow are Admiral Blue, highlight with Snow White. Base two 5/8" stars Snow White. Glue stars to either side of bow in blue area.

Assemble:
 Glue the bottom of the candle to the top of block, flush with edge. Blue Bow to block and rectangle. Glue flame to top of rectangle.
