Instructions:
 Base sign NAPA RED, lettering is LIGHT BUTTERMILK. Base rectangle with 3/4" striped NAPA RED and LIGHT BUTTERMILK. Base starts and mustache LIGHT BUTTERMILK. Base face area and button plug are FLESH TONE, beard is LIGHT BUTTERMILK. Brim of hat is TRUE BLUE. Blush cheeks with powder blush using a cotton swab. Eyes are BLACK. Highlight eyes, nose and cheeks with LIGHT BUTTERMILK.

Assemble:
Glue nose to face and mustache under nose. Glue rectangle (Hat) to back of head. Glue starts to brim of hat. Drill a hole on the left side of the sign. Curl wire, then attach wire to sign on the left side, curl end to secure. Lay other end of wire flat, glue wire between back of Sam and sign. Tie fabric bow to wire.
