Instructions:
 Base Plumpkin and Stockings HONEY BROWN, shade with LIGHT CINNAMON.  Beak is GOLDEN STRAW, waddle is BRANDY WINE. Blush cheeks with powder blush using a cotton swab.  Highlight with SNOW WHITE. Eyes are EBONY BLACK, highlight with SNOW WHITE.  Base the Hearts PUMPKIN, tips are GOLDEN STRAW, line art and large stripe is BRANDY WINE.  Lightly shade edges of Hearts with LIGHT CINNAMON.  Base Sign GOLDEN STRAW, lettering is BRANDY WINE.

Assemble:
 See photo for placement.  Glue Stockings to Plumpkin.  Glue Sign to Plumpkin.  Cut off points of two of the Hearts, use for bottom feathers.  Glue to Plumpkin, resting on Stockings.  Align remaining Hearts and glue in place.
