Instructions:
Base the left side of rectangle UNIFORM BLUE. On right side, stripes are TRUE RED and WHITE. Base star WHITE. Spatter flag and star with BUTTERMILK. Button is TRUE RED.

Assemble:
Tie a bow with the fabric and glue button to center. Glue bow to star and star to flag. See Photo.
