Expedited Shipping:  Based on weight of order.  We charge actual shipping charges from carriers.  Costs on check out shipping page are only estimates. We will gladly contact you if the charge is greater than 10%.

FOREIGN ORDERS & SPECIAL SHIPPING:

Alaska, Hawaii, APO & FPO require a Minimum of $5.95 or Actual Freight Charges, which ever is greater, for regular ground shipping. Regular ground shipping takes 4 - 6 weeks. Expedited shipments will be charged actual freight based on weight. ALL OTHER COUNTRIES must pay with credit card, and will be charged actual freight.
Priority Post & Air shipments will be charged actual freight, plus a $10 processing fee.

SALES TAX:

Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped within the state of Texas. The current tax rate for Texas customers is 8.25%. If you are a Texas customer and tax exempt, please complete, print, and fax to us the form located at (Non-Profit) Texas Tax Form 01-339 or (Resale) Texas Tax Form 01-339. Sales Tax will be charged unless we receive the completed form. If you are placing an Internet Order, please reference your order number when you fax or email us the form. In order to access the above tax form, the state of Texas only offers it as a pdf file. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader which can be downloaded at http://www.adobe.com.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

The Online Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.  We accept check, money order/cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover for phone, faxed, or mailed orders. All payments must be in U.S. Currency only. We will ship COD, but first time orders are shipped for money order/cashier's check. Actual COD fee applied, current COD fee is $9.00 COD. Net 30 days to pre-approved accounts meeting annual purchasing requirements. A $25.00 return check fee will be charged on any returned checks.

Our quality is guaranteed. If a quality problem should exist, we pay all standard shipping charges to replace defective merchandise within 21 days for credit, or replacement, as you request. Items must be in their original condition for refund or exchange. Sorry, no partial bags.

RETURNS POLICY:

Returns or exchanges must be made within 21 days. Items must be in their original condition. Sorry, no partial bags. To insure accuracy of phone orders, we confirm each item ordered. Fax and mail orders are kept on file. Our errors will be corrected and shipped at our expense. Other returns will be charged a  minimum of $3.00 per item or 10% restocking charge, whichever is greater.
