Expedited Shipping:  Based on weight of order.  We charge actual shipping charges from carriers.  Costs on check out shipping page are approximate estimates. If actual charges are greater than 10%, we will notify you prior to shipping, otherwise we will ship your order as you requested.  Orders placed prior to 1:00pm CST will be shipped the same day.  Orders after 1:00pm CST may not ship until the following business day.  Sorry, no COD orders on expedited shipping. 

FOREIGN ORDERS & SPECIAL SHIPPING:
Note:  Customer is responsible for any brokerage fees, duties and/or taxes incurred on shipments.  Please check with your shipping carrier for details on extra charges (ie brokerage fees, duties, taxes, etc).

Alaska and Hawaii will pay Actual Freight Charges based on order weight.

APO, FPO & other Military shipments will be charged actual freight for USPS USPS delivery time is Military Speed. 

International Countries will be charged actual freight. Freight charges shown on our website are approximate charges. Once your order is prepared for shipping, freight charges will be confirmed based on box weights and sizes. If charges are more than 10%, we will contact you prior to shipping your order.

Fax / Phone Orders: Shipping Terms and Charges vary slightly from Internet Orders. Charges below are for ground shipments within the contiguous United States.

SALES TAX:

Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped within the state of Texas, unless we receive a signed Texas Tax Form, 01-339. The current tax rate for Texas customers is 8.25%. If you are a Texas customer and are tax exempt, please complete the appropriate form, print, and fax the form located at Texas Tax Form 01-339. In order to access the above tax form, the state of Texas only offers it as a pdf file. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader which can be downloaded at http://www.adobe.com. Sales Tax will be charged unless we receive the completed form prior to shipping. If you are placing an Internet Order, please make note in the comments field, in the checkout section, that you will be sending a Tax Exempt form via Fax, mail or email. Upon completion, please sign and fax form to us at 817-581-5235 or mail to Woodworks, Ltd., 4521 Anderson Blvd., Haltom City, TX 76117.  Upon receipt of your signed Texas Tax Form, we will remove any tax which was charged, prior to shipping your order.  If you need assistance, please call us at 817-581-5230.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

The Online Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.  We accept check, money order/cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express for phone, faxed, or mailed in orders. All payments must be in U.S. Currency only. We will ship phone orders COD, but first time orders are shipped for money order/cashier's check. Actual COD fee applied.  Current COD fee is $9.00.   Net 30 days to pre-approved accounts meeting annual purchasing requirements. A $35.00 return check fee will be charged on any returned checks.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24 business hours. Priority shipments received and confirmed by 1:00pm CST will be shipped the same day. Imported items subject to availability.

           These are UPS estimated times only!   Days above are based on shipping Business Days only, Monday - Friday.   (EDD / Estimated Delivery Days listed on the shipping page, in the checkout section, are estimated dates. These dates do not include the day we ship your order.  Please add a minimum of 1 business day to estimated delivery times to help ensure you allow enough days to receive your order.

RETURNS POLICY:

Returns or exchanges must be made within 21 days. Items must be in their original condition. Sorry, no partial bags. To insure accuracy of phone orders, we confirm each item ordered. Fax and mail orders are kept on file. Our errors will be corrected and shipped at our expense. Other returns will be charged a  minimum of $3.00 per item or 10% restocking charge, whichever is greater.

DISCOUNTS:

For quantities larger than shown in the catalog or for continued usage of bulk quantities, please call for prices.

CHANGES IN PRICING OR TERMS:
