Shipping

How long will it take to get my order?

Majority of orders received by 1:00pm CST ship the same day, other orders will ship no later than the next business day. Depending on what state you are in, it will usually take 1-5 business days to receive. To verify the estimated shipping time for your state click here

Can I get an order shipped quicker to me?

Yes, we have several options available. Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, or 3 Day Air. Freight charges are based on the weight of your order. Once your order is placed and you go to checkout process, the shipping pages will give you options with Freight charges per option.

Are there additional charges for orders shipped out of the United States?

Yes. We offer several options for shipping. Depending on your location and how soon you need your product determines what options you have. If you are not within the contiguous US, you will be charged actual freight.

Order Questions

How do I know if you received my order?

If you reached a page in the checkout process which says, Your Order Has Been Processed!, then we have your order. If you are unsure, please contact us to confirm your order was completed.

Can I automatically duplicate my last order?

No, you may review previous purchases by clicking on My Account button (top right of screen) and logging in with your Username & Password.

Can I change my order?

If you have not selected the Confirmation button in the checkout process, then you can still make modifications to your order. If however, you have already confirmed your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not been processed, we will assist you in making the appropriate order adjustments. Additional charges may apply to orders which have already been sent to the warehouse for shipping.

How do I know how much my order total is when shopping?

Look to the left side box above the Categories box. The Shopping cart box shows your current total without shipping and how many items you have ordered. You can click on Details to see exactly what is in your shopping cart.

There are extra items in my shopping cart that I didn't order today. Why?

For your convenience, our shopping cart holds your previous selected items that you put into your shopping cart at a previous time but didn’t actually place an order. Once you place an order for those items, they disappear. If you do not want these items, simply click on the check box beside the items you want to delete on the shopping cart page.

Can I change my password?

Yes, you can change your password as many times as you would like. Click on My Account (link at top, right side of website). Sign in using your Username and Current Password. Click on Change my account password. Type in your current password. Then type in your new password in the next two fields. Click Continue, your password has now been updated to your new password.

I lost my password, what do I do?

When you are ready to log into your account, click on Password forgotten. Type in your Username and click Continue. We will send an email to the email address which you previously provided for your account, that will have a new password. You can then use that password to sign in to your account. If you would like at time, you can change the password to something you would prefer.

How do I become tax exempt?

Currently, we only charge sales tax for orders delivered within the State of Texas. If your orders are being shipped outside of Texas, you will not be charged tax. For full details on how to become tax exempt, please visit our Tax Exempt page.

Quantity Purchases

Can I get a discount for larger quantity purchases?

Yes, depending on the quantity you need, additional discounts may be available. Please email us with your item # and quantity you need. If you need case quantities, Smith Wood Products offers low prices for full case purchases. Visit their website at www.smithwood.com for approximate case quantities and minimums.

Custom Items

Can we get a special item made?

Yes, depending on the quantity and size of product you need we may be able to help you. The smaller the product the larger required quantity due to using automated machinery. If you are in need of a custom item, please visit Smith Wood Products at www.smithwood.com and email them your specifics (product, size, quantity needed, wood type), they will gladly contact you and let you know how they can help.

Is this site secure?

Yes, our site is secured by COMODO.

Do you sell or trade my information?

NO! We do not sell or trade any of your account information. Your information is also password protected so no one can log into your account.

Do I have to have a password to log in?

Yes, by having your own personal password, this assures that no one can see your private information. However, you can browse our website and add items to your shopping cart without logging in. If you would like to purchase items in your shopping cart, you would need to sign in or create an account. This account is FREE. We do not sell or share our customers information.

Do I have to allow cookies?

Cookies are used to keep track of your shopping cart. If you do not allow cookies the shopping cart will not work. Cookies contain the ID # of a shopping cart. Cookies that we use are not permanently stored on your computer. When you close your browser the cookie is deleted. For your safety, we never store your credit card information. If you are using an older version of Symantec Norton Internet Security, it may prohibit the proper use of cookies and will not allow your shopping carts to work properly.

How do I allow cookies from this web site?

For Internet Explorer:

On the top menu bar, click on Tools, then select Internet Options, then select the Privacy tab. Near the bottom right of the Internet Options box will be a click button that says Edit. Click on the Edit button. In the box below Address of Web site, enter www.craftparts.com. Click on the button to the right that says Allow. Click on the button on the lower right hand corner that says OK. Then click on the button in the lower middle that says OK. Your browser is now setup to accept cookies from our site.

I lost my password, what do I do?

When you are ready to log into your account, click on Password forgotten. Type in your Username and click Continue. We will send an email to the email address which you previously provided for your account, that will have a new password. You can then use that password to sign in to your account. If you would like at time, you can change the password to something you would prefer.

What if I forgot my email?

If you forgot your email, then you will have to create a new account. By creating a new account you will no longer be able to access your previous orders. However, if at a later date you remember your Username, you will then be able to access your old order information. At that point you will have two accounts. Simply choose which one you want to continue to use for the future.
