How do I become tax exempt?

Currently, we only charge sales tax for orders shipping to the State of Texas. For orders shipping outside of Texas, you will not be charged tax.
Please select the appropriate form below, enter your information in full, then return your form to us using one of the following methods;

If any of the products you purchase are being used for resell purposes, please use the Texas State Sales Tax RESALE Certificate.
If you are a non-profit organization such as a church or charity, please use the Texas State Sales Tax EXEMPTION Certificate.

Once your tax form has been received and approved, any order(s) placed within 7 days prior to receiving your tax form will be refunded any taxes charged.
Due to the high volume of inquiries, please allow up to 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, for your exemption request to be processed.
It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to provide the correct tax form, completed in full with accurate information, signed, and dated. Invalid forms will be returned to you for correction before they will be accepted.
